On Thursday October 31st, the staff and students took part in Australia’s largest music initiative. With support from The Australian Government, it has run since 2007 and is all about celebrating the value and importance of music in the education and development of all students, whoever they are, wherever they are. It involves more than 600,000 students, teachers and staff from schools all over Australia who sign up to learn, rehearse, and then perform the same song, on the same day, at the same time.
The MAC was filled with witches, vampires and monsters who all helped with the countdown then at 9.30am the air was filled with the fabulous sounds of everyone singing. It was an absolutely fabulous event with everyone looking forward to participating next year. Well Done Everyone!!!!
