Earlier this year the school was successful in gaining approval in our application for a new Variety Sunshine Coach as well as being able to keep our existing Variety Bus so we could refurbish it and utilise this as our high school pick up and drop off service for workplace learning, ATE options and other learning programs such as fitness, swimming etc.
A presentation morning tea was held at Malibu and we were honored to have the 2012 Variety Bike Run participants join us for the morning. The riders arrived at school in all their fancy dress and allowed our students to see their wonderful bikes. Thank you to everyone at Variety for helping Malibu School so much, the new coach means that more student can now access the community and we are able to freely carry up to 4 wheelchairs now......as huge gain for our school.
